C. USB-C Hub Issue:
Given that multiple peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset) are not functioning, and all these devices are likely connected through the USB-C hub, the hub could be the common point of failure. Hubs can sometimes malfunction, leading to issues with connected devices

C - Since the question states everything plugged into the laptop. It does not say the HDMI is plugged into the computer. For that detail alone, the Type C Hub is probably the problem. (also, it does not say the printer isnt working, or that the laptop isnt charging).

C. USB-C hub. Why would it be the AC adapter voltage? That shouldn't have anything to do with it unless the battery on the device is completely fried. Even so, Peculiar even said that nothing else was malfunctioning so that shouldn't even be the issue. This is the 3rd wrong answer in a row I found so far.
