i was gonna say
A
Transfer Roller Issue: If parts of the print are missing or the print quality is poor, it could be due to a problem with the transfer roller. The transfer roller helps to transfer toner from the drum unit to the paper. A worn-out or damaged transfer roller can result in incomplete or poor-quality prints.

D - We have a few issues here. One the print is missing part of the print and Two it comes out unreadable. We do not not what unreadable is EXACTLY, but they arent saying streaks or black spots. So we can mostly rule out Transfer roller. Missing parts of a print is more so leaning towards the fuser tho could be a clog. Since nothing related to a clog is a choice, Fuser is the answer (tho a clog or lack of ink could also be the answer depending). A Jam is obviously not it since the print comes through. Recalibrating might help you identify the issue, but not solve the issue.
